The SPECT SCAN is presented as a quantifiable, reproducible tool to conceivably let us begin to quantify and more appropriately document a cohort of this phenomenon we have called “Autism / PDD”
- This tool can open the door to a more physiologic / medical approach to this process in children
The observation of temporal hypoperfusion in adults and children with CFS/CFIDS, may define Autism as a disorder of impaired relations with the surrounding environment determined by the temporal hypofunction leading to a diaschetic hypofunction of visual cortex and cerebellum
